PQG is not responsible for damage done to the CDs while in transit with the USPS.
However, if you receive an inoperable CD, please follow the CD Exchange Directions found below.

To return an inoperable CD and receive a new one, please follow the instructions below.
- Include in your package:
- CD in its case (it must be with its case)
- a note describing the problem in as much detail as possible
- your return address
- Mail your package to:

Postage for returning the CD to Prairie Quilt Guild must be paid by the sender, but postage for the new CD's will be paid by the Guild.
